Jasmina Bolfek-Radovani is a multilingual and international poet of mixed background (Croatian / Algerian) living in London. Her poetry has been published in the UK, Croatia and Canada. She is the author of the multilingual poetry project “Unbound” funded under the 2018 and 2019 small grant programme of the London-based project Language Acts and Worldmaking. Jasmina has (co-)directed several multilingual poetry recitals of her poetry and has given talks / published essays on her multilingual poetry practice. She is currently preparing her third multilingual poetry recital “Reveries about language”, 19 March 2020, Zagreb, Croatia, and has secured recently funding for her proposal on a multilingual poetry writing session at the Languages Future conference, London, 27-28 April 2020. Jasmina has a doctorate (PhD) in French literary and cultural studies; she has given a number of conference papers in her subject area, both nationally and internationally, and has published several academic articles and reviews in her field.
