Ramsey Tawfick

Ramsey Tawfick is an Egyptian-British poet and filmmaker based in London. His work has appeared in magazines like The Founder and they are active in the London Spoken Word scene. He is in his final year studying English Literature and Film at Royal Holloway University, where he sits on the poetry society committee as Head of Collaborations. His work involves discovering cultural interactions between the Egyptian and English settings. He has developed cross-medium multilingual poems and films and he has a keen focus on using Coptic and Arabic scripts in new and exciting forms.
